About Me
Hi! My name is Mary Hammitt. Honestly I had over weight problems since my childhood. I tried different methods and programs around like most people do but nothing helped me so far. The situation changed when I realize that Weight Loss is not only about diet or exercises. You have to know what exactly make you fat and how to stay away from those agents.
Personally i discovered how to drop my extra pounds, and nowadays i can eat anything i want by respecting right nutrition with a little work out.
